Our training is broken down into 3 levels, Basic, Gold, & Platinum and each is followed by a test that will certify the agent on that level of Floodsmart..
Step 2: Basic Level. This training module is designed with you, the agent in mind. This tutorial will help you effectively market, sell, and service flood insurance policies.
Step 3: Gold Level. This level is designed to help you with the specifics of the program to include how to properly use the Elevation Certificate, practical training on rating an elevated building, the claims process, ICC and more.
Step 4: Platinum Level. The platinum level addresses more specific issues to include writing commercial and condominium policies, CRS, and marketing. |
Step 5: By using this site as a resource to stay current with flood policy changes, techniques, and news, the Flood Smart Agent will stay ahead of the disaster. |
